"What a GREAT place to get your water. Friendly place with bonus things like Thrifty Ice Cream and just about anything you want in the snack world. So much better than hanging outside around a Fry's store pumping quarters into a machine that may or MAY NOT work. Who do you complain to THE GREAT GOD OF WATER VENDING. No worries at Water and Ice because you have control over the valve and when you are full just tell the staff how many gallons. BTW You can get any amount you want not what the machine decides to give you.
